All items are subject to supply and availability.
Orchids are shipped weather-permitting. If requested we will ship to a cold destination, but at your risk. We may also hold a prepaid order for a more ideal ship time.
Some orchids (like Phalaeonopsis) will be shipped bare-root to minimize risk of damage.
Orders totalling over $250 (exclusive of shipping and taxes), shipped to one location, qualify for a 20% discount.
Florida residents add 6.5% sales tax.

We only ship within the United States. We do not ship to California or Arizona.

Payment is accepted in the form of credit cards, money orders, or checks. Orders by personal check may be delayed until the check clears.
